Currently serving as the head coach for East Lee County High School, Jason has dedicated over 15 years to coaching both baseball and softball. Jason's journey in baseball began in his youth, fueled by a lifelong passion for the sport. As a Division 1 baseball player for the Manhattan College Jaspers, he showcased his talent and dedication on the field. However, his dream of reaching the MLB was cut short by an elbow injury that required Tommy John surgery during his junior year. Despite this setback, Jason's love for the game never wavered, driving him to find new ways to contribute to the sport he cherished.

With a keen eye for detail and a relentless drive to improve, Jason developed the Swing-Shot, also known as the Hit Assist. This innovative swing training system reflects his commitment to helping players of all ages and skill levels achieve their full potential.
