Shipping & Returns
Free shipping will be done via USPS to all 50 states within The United States of America. Any location outside of The United States of America will not receive free shipping and the purchaser will be required to cover the cost of shipping.
All returns must be done within 30 days from the purchase date. Please fill out the form below to receive a Return Authorization Number before shipping any item back to The Hit Assist. The Return Authorization Number will be emailed to you after you submit a return request and it must be clearly marked on the outside of your return package.
All returns must be unused and the “latex warning” label on The Hit Assist bag must be intact and unbroken. You agree to cover all shipping costs and provide a tracking number when returning any items to The Hit Assist.
